In the PCT we are looking at improving equality and diversity in
six specific areas: race, age, sexuality, faith and religion,
disability and gender. We want to ensure that any employee or
prospective employee of Bolton PCT is treated fairly and
respectfully regardless of their race, religion, sexuality, age,
gender or whether or not they have a disability. We want the PCT to
project an image that will be attractive to workers from all
backgrounds to want to work here.
