Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

Conflict can occur in team and is thought of as being any situation in which your concerns or desires differ from those of another person. The way we each deal with conflict differs. Using the Thomas Kilman Instrument in a workshop allows us to:

  • Become more aware of your own conflict style;
  • Recognise the conflict styles of others;
  • Assess conflict situations;
  • Practice using different conflict modes.

The workshop involves completing a validated questionnaire and having a group feedback session with the team. You will learn to balance assertiveness with cooperation within your team.
