This section aims to link individuals, departments, teams and Trusts in Greater Manchester who may be developing clinical supervision schemes, or may have them already established.

We may think there’s only one way to do clinical supervision, but there is a huge range of methods, models, policies and training across GM Trusts, as well as some great skills and enthusiasm.

Everyone here has given their permission to be on the site and is willing to talk with others and share experiences, dilemmas and good practice and well as perhaps more practical things like documentation.
