Patricia has lived in Horwich for more than 18 years and has worked in both the voluntary and statutory sectors. She is a magistrate and has previously volunteered with Bolton Mediation Service. She chairs the PCT’s Equality and Diversity Strategic Partnership, and has an interest in social inclusion issues.
