Who should I contact if I want to find out more?

The PCT’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) Advisers are available at Lever Chambers Centre for Health from Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) too, and they will be happy to talk things through with you if you have any questions about NHS Summary Care Records.
