Q. What if I am still not happy after my complaint has been dealt with under Local Resolution?A. If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint, you should contact the Complaints Office who will review any aspects you remain dissatisfied with. Further discussion and investigation or a Conciliation Meeting would hopefully resolve any outstanding issues. If you remain dissatisfied, you can ask for your complaint to be considered for Independent Review by the Healthcare Commission at:- Healthcare Commission Tel: 0845 601 3012 Any request for Independent Review to the Healthcare Commission should be made within 6 months of the Primary Care Trust's final response to your complaint. |
