Important News

Please see below for important information about revised Contract of Employment documentation as a result of Agenda for Change implementation. Please ensure this is brought to the attention of staff who may not have easy access to email. Further Agenda for Change information can be found on the intranet by following the link from 'Trust Information'. Further enquiries about this email should be directed to Barbara Yates, Agenda for Change Project Manager.

Over the next few months staff (excluding Medical & Dental staff) will gradually be "assimilated" i.e. transferred, to their new Agenda for Change terms and conditions. Individual staff members will receive an 'assimilation letter' and two copies of a revised contract of employment. The inclusion of a revised contract of employment is nothing to be concerned about and is standard HR practice where terms and conditions of employment have been varied or changed. This is an agreed Agenda for Change assimilation process working in partnership with Staffside.

If staff have any queries regarding their pay on receipt of their assimilation documentation, then a series of pay clinics are being scheduled to handle such queries - details of these pay clinics will be published to the specific staff groups concerned around the time of their transfer to the new AfC Pay Bands.
