How does this amazing scheme work?

It was introduced under the Government’s Green Transport Plan, to encourage healthier journeys to work and help the environment. The PCT buys the bike and ‘hires’ it to you. You then pay the full retail price minus 10% discount in instalments taken from your pre-tax, pre-NI pay.
