Salford Triathlon - PCT Triathlon Challenge 2007

The Date: Sunday 29th July   Could you Swim 750metres Cycle 12 miles Run 3 miles If not then we need you!

People who have already committed include: Ruth Molloy. Lesley Jones Lesley Hardman, Shân Wilkinson, Gary Bickerstaff Barry Houghton, Vicky Wood, Sarah Arden.

Following on from the success of the PCT involvement in the Salford triathlon over the last 2 years we are now looking for people to commit to having a go at the whole event in July 2007.

We are not looking for:

• Super fit people
• People who feel that completing the event would not be a challenge
• People who have completed a open water swim triathlon before

We are looking for people who

• Want a challenge
• Want to get fitter
• Want to have a fantastic experience and a lot of fun

Once you have made a commitment we will provide all the support you need to get you over the finish line in 10 months time. Including:

• Training plans
• Swim coaching
• Group training
• Equipment advice
• Discounted equipment
• Subsidised race entry
