Human Resource Management StrategySection 3: Performance ManagementThis is the window through which we see HR management at work in the PCT. We have developed an HR Performance Framework for Board reporting and will continue to provide quarterly reports in this format. The national Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for HR is still at pilot stage and this pilot includes RBH. National roll out is scheduled for April 2006. We will seek to learn from our partner's experience in order to prepare for a successful implementation in the PCT. An information set being provided to managers from July 2005 will pave the way for effective embedding of the BSC and should help with effective use of benchmarking. |
