Appraisal and KSF Development Review : Practical Guidance for Staff on Agenda for Change Contracts

Members of staff having an appraisal & KSF development review should read sections 1 and 2 before the meeting.

Managers/reviewers conducting an appraisal & KSF development review should read sections 1 and 3 before the meeting. Take a copy of section 4 into the meeting.

Managers/ reviewers who have not yet been trained in use of e-KSF, should use section 6 to record the outcome.

Sections 5 and 7 provide supporting information about writing objectives, and personal development planning.
