This staff group, which includes the chief executive and executive directors, are not part of the AfC agreement and so KSF does not apply. The Leadership Qualities Framework provides a competency based framework to be used as an alternative benchmark to the KSF. Annual appraisals are carried out in the same April-June timeframe.
