Children with Learning Disabilities Team

Who we are

We are part of Children's Services, based at the Pikes Lane Centre. We have specialist knowledge and skills relating to children with learning disabilities.

The team comprises of:
Qualified and experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurses, NNEB's & NVQ Nursing assistants

We believe that early intervention can help parents and carers to manage some difficulties that are encountered on a daily basis.
We work with carers and other agencies in planning health care implementing, health interventions and evaluating health outcomes.
