Podiatry (Foot Health)

Podiatry is a relatively new term for the treatment of foot disorders. Pod is Greek for foot and iatros, doctor - hence the name Podiatrist or foot doctor!

Each week the Podiatry service holds more than 160 sessions in local health centres and clinics as well as providing treatment in nursing and residential settings and in the homes of housebound patients.

All our Podiatrists are State Registered whilst their Assistants either hold or are working towards qualifications from the professional body, the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.

Choose from the list below to find out further information regarding a specific Podiatry service.
